Job summary

Onward Education is partnering with a Fairfield County, CT school district to hire a dedicated BCBA for the 2026-2027 school year. The BCBA will oversee a caseload, conduct FBAs, and develop BIPs across multiple sites, while training staff and collecting data to drive interventions.

A CT DPH license and BACB-BCBA certification are required. The role emphasizes collaboration with school teams, adherence to district and state requirements, and supporting students' behavioral progress throughout

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut BCBA certification and CT DPH licensure are required.
• Experience conducting FBAs and creating BIPs.
• Ability to train and coach school staff in behavior strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized BIPs.
• Provide direct and consultative support to teachers and staff for implementation.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education staff and administrators.
• Deliver training and coaching to paraprofessionals and teachers on behavior strategies.
