Job summary

Marlborough Public Schools is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support district-wide behavioral and educational goals for students on the autism spectrum and with behavioral challenges. The role involves collaborating with classroom teachers, specialists, and support staff to design, implement, and monitor IEPs and related programs.

Qualifications

Master's degree required.
BCBA credentials required.
Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) preferred.
Licensed by the Massachusetts DESE in Special Education preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist teachers in writing and implementing educational programs for students on the autism spectrum and/or with behavioral challenges.
Write behavioral programs based on a functional behavioral assessment to determine the function of behavior.
Research and implement ABA curriculum models with favorable outcomes for autism and behavioral challenges.
Develop training programs and professional development for teachers and staff on ABA and related methods (ABLLS).
Collaborate with colleagues to improve programs and procedures.
