Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions in Leicester, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in a public school district on a W2 contract. The role can be local or travel and offers in-person work with 20 hours per week.

The BCBA will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, analyze data, train staff and families, and coordinate services while ensuring compliance with IEPs and district reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• State licensure may be required by location.
• Experience in school-based settings with autism is preferred.
• Ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress.
• Provide training and consultation to school staff and families.
• Support crisis prevention, de-escalation, and intervention procedures.
• Coordinate services with school teams and outside providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute behavioral goals.
