Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• BCBA Certification required.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate students for services through data collection, teacher reports, observations, checklists and FBA.
• Develop appropriate behavior support plans and social skills curriculum.
• Oversee data-collection and behavioral procedures to monitor progress.
• Develop measurable IEP goals and objectives.
• Ensure ABA strategies are implemented consistently across settings.
• Provide progress reports and participate in IEP meetings.
• Support teachers with behavioral management plans and procedures.
• Provide resources, tools, and modeling of techniques.
• Work with students 1:1 or in small groups.
• Complete reports and paperwork in a timely manner.
