Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) in Tennessee is hiring a full-time BCBA for a school-based role. You will design and oversee behavioral plans for students, aligning with IEPs and 504 plans, and collaborate with educators and therapists to support meaningful progress.

You will train and supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to a collaborative, outcomes-focused team. State licensure and BCBA certification are required, with competitive salary and benefits

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification and state licensure required or eligible with licensure support.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans; conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to determine strengths and areas of concern.
• Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
