Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students through behavioral interventions and related services. The role focuses on delivering services aligned with IEPs/504 plans and contributing to the overall development of children.

You will conduct evaluations, develop reports, and supervise RBTs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree and BCBA license required.
• Experience applying behavior-analytic principles in school settings is preferred.
• Strong ability to develop and implement intervention plans with fidelity.

Responsibilities

• Help improve the lives of children in school and beyond.
• Provide high-quality services to students based on IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports to identify strengths and areas of concern.
• Supervise and train RBTs and other staff delivering interventions.
