Job summary

Support Solutions in Knoxville, TN is seeking a School-Based Behavior Analyst to provide ABA services in assigned schools. The role requires BCBA certification and TN licensure, with a competitive salary and sign-on bonus.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BSPs, train staff, monitor data, and ensure compliant documentation across cases, with telehealth as needed.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required with active status and TN licensure by date of hire.
• TN license required by date of hire.
• Must maintain licensure and adhere to BACB standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and functional analyses as appropriate.
• Summarize FBA results, identify effective reinforcers and maintaining variables.
• Develop skill acquisition programs using recognized curricula (e.g., VB-MAPP, PEAK).
• Develop and monitor Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) and provide ongoing training to staff.
