Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) in Tennessee is hiring a full-time BCBA for a school-based role. You will design and oversee behavioral plans for students, aligning with IEPs and 504 plans, and collaborate with educators and therapists to support meaningful progress.

You will train and supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, write reports, and contribute to a collaborative, outcomes-focused team. State licensure and BCBA certification are required, with competitive salary and benefits

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BCBA:

Every state requires all BCBA's to have a state license. If you do not have a license for a specific state, the licensing team at PDS will help you through the process!

As a BCBA you will spend your day helping improve the lives of children. Setting them up for success both in the school setting and beyond is meaningful work that builds a rewarding career!

You will provide high-quality services to students based on their IEPs/504 plans. Conducting evaluations, assessments, and writing reports, you determine their strengths and areas of concern in Behavioral Intervention. You will also supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
