Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students in school and related settings in Illinois. You will design and implement behavior-analytic interventions tailored to IEPs/504 plans and progress monitoring.

You will supervise and train RBTs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, while enjoying a comprehensive benefits package, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth with state licensure support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field required.
• State BCBA license required to practice.
• Department of Education Special Education certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality services to students based on IEPs/504 plans.
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and write reports.
• Supervise and train RBTs and others who implement behavior-analytic interventions.
