ABA Centers of Tennessee is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Knoxville, TN to design, implement, and monitor skill‑acquisition and behavior‑reduction programs. You will supervise RBTs and caregivers and conduct functional/preference assessments to guide interventions.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background/drug screenings and driving record checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
