Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• At least one year of school-based ABA experience.
• Experience training school staff and parents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fingerprint and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of BIPs.
• Collaborate with Educators, staff, and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Train school staff in behavior-analytic procedures and best practices.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation per ethical and district standards.
• Adhere to BACB guidelines and stay current on best practices.
