Job summary

Falmouth Public Schools seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with IEPs in grades 2-5 at Falmouth Elementary School. The BCBA will deliver direct services, provide consultation, and coach staff to implement positive behavior support plans and data-driven instruction.

The role collaborates with the special education case manager and program social worker, embedding services within one program. Requires BCBA certification and ongoing collaboration with school staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BCBA in an educational setting.
• Special education teacher certification.
• Preferred: experience with social/emotional needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services and consultation for students with IEPs (grades 2-5).
• Coach staff to implement behavior support plans and instructional strategies.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions.
