Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education in California is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for school-based positions. You will collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support student success and implement ABA with fidelity.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification.
• At least two years of school-based ABA experience.
• Experience training school staff and parents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and oversee the implementation of BIPs.
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists, and families.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Train and support school staff in behavior-analytic procedures and best practices.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with standards.
