Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• At least two years of school-based experience implementing ABA interventions and/or supervising programs for students with Autism and related disabilities.
• Experience training school staff and parents, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using data-driven approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Collaborate with educators, paraprofessionals, school psychologists and families to support student success.
• Provide consultation and coaching to school staff on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Train and support school staff in behavior-analytic procedures and best practices.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and school district standards, and BACB guidelines.
