Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts for school-based roles. Join a clinician-led organization that champions accessible, inclusive supports and partners with schools to implement data-driven ABA interventions.

You will conduct FBAs, design BIPs, train staff, attend IEPs, and monitor progress, working closely with educators, school psychologists, families, and therapists to support student growth and success.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ABA interventions in school settings.
• Experience training school staff and parents in ABA strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with educators and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs using data-driven, trauma-informed approaches.
• Design and oversee implementation of individualized BIPs.
• Collaborate with educators, school staff, school psychologists, and families.
• Provide consultation and coaching on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to behavior-related goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation compliant with ethical and school standards.
• Adhere to BACB® ethics and stay current with best practices.
