Job summary

Voices for Voices is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join the district's Behavioral Support Team. You will collaborate with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings, leading assessments, interventions, and staff training.

The role emphasizes conducting FBAs, developing BIPs, managing data, supervising RBTs, and implementing classroom-based strategies to promote positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required (BACB).
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts (MA DESE).
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations.
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems.
• Create and maintain data collection systems.
• Provide in-class support and staff training.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans.
