Job summary

Connections Behavior Planning and Intervention is seeking a School-Based BCBA to develop tailored behavior support within partner districts. You will supervise RBTs and school staff, conduct assessments, and set measurable goals aligned with educational plans.

In this role, you’ll manage a multi-building caseload, travel between sites, train educators, and present data-driven progress to district teams. A BCBA certification and minimum two years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience with children with developmental disabilities; school-based preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between school sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum service requirement of 120 hours per month across a full-time caseload.
• Travel between assigned buildings and districts as needed.
• Supervise RBTs and school staff with feedback based on in-building observations.
• Conduct standardized assessments and develop educationally relevant functional behavioral assessments.
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for classroom staff to execute.
