Job summary

Point Quest Group seeks a BCaBA to support assessment and treatment of students with behavioral needs in a school setting. You will supervise and collaborate with teachers, collect and analyze behavioral data, and help implement evidence-based strategies across the classroom.

You will develop behavior plans, monitor progress, and work under supervision of a BCBA to ensure consistent, data-informed support for students and families.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience completing FBAs and Behavior Support Plans.
• Experience in an educational setting preferred.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable by state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) using approved tools.
• Develop positive behavior plans and support classroom staff in implementation.
• Collect, analyze and graph behavioral data to inform decisions.
• Consult and collaborate with school teams and families.
• Supervise RBTs if applicable and provide guidance.
