Job summary

Istss seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its district Behavioral Support Team in Massachusetts. You will collaborate with psychologists, social workers, RBTs, and educators to support students with higher needs in inclusive settings.

You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, create data systems, provide in-class support and staff training, supervise RBTs, and design classroom-based interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (BACB)
• Licensed through MA DESE
• Experience with FBAs, BIPs, and school-based consultation
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral observations
• Develop Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and reinforcement systems
• Create and maintain data collection systems
• Provide in-class support and staff training
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Design classroom-based interventions and postvention plans
