Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with behavioral and learning needs in a school-based setting. The BCBA will perform assessments, plan interventions, and provide consultation to staff and families under IDEA guidelines.

Qualified candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field, current BCBA certification, and relevant experience with FBAs and BIPs. This independent-contract opportunity offers weekly pay and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Valid Michigan license or district/state-required certification for behavior analysis.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families.
• Strong communication, data collection, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide behavioral assessment, planning, and consultation services in school settings.
• Collaborate with special education teams, educators, and families to promote positive outcomes.
• Develop and implement evidence-based ABA interventions in schools.
