Job summary

Cross Country Education is seeking a School Services BCBA for a local contract in Lawndale, CA, to support students and educators during the 2026–2027 school year.

The role involves observing students, developing FBAs and BIPs, and coaching teachers on evidence-based behavior management.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing FBAs and BIPs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams.
• School-based experience with K–12 students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations to identify behavioral needs and develop intervention strategies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor FBAs and BIPs to promote positive outcomes.
• Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers and staff on evidence-based behavior management practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
