Soliant Health is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide expert ABA services in a school setting near Carlsbad, CA. This contract position focuses on functional behavior assessments, individualized behavior plans, and collaboration with teachers, aides, and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification and active status required.
• Experience delivering school-based ABA interventions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide direct and consultative ABA services to students with diverse needs.
• Support classroom staff with behavior strategies and data collection.
• Offer training and professional development on ABA techniques to teachers and staff.
• Monitor progress and maintain documentation in line with best practices.
