Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a school-based opportunity through our client. The BCBA will provide behavioral assessment, intervention planning, and consultation to support students with behavioral and learning needs.

Responsibilities include developing BIPs, conducting FBAs, collaborating with special education teams, and training staff and families to promote positive outcomes in line with IDEA and district guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Valid Michigan license or district/state-required certification.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based interventions.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and special education processes.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families.
• Strong communication, data collection, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral assessment and intervention planning.
• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Collaborate with special education teams.
• Train and support staff and families to promote positive outcomes.
• Ensure services align with IDEA and district guidelines.
