Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey seeks a Behavioral Specialist/BCBA Candidate to support Kellman Brown Academy, a private school for pre-school through 8th grade, in Cherry Hill, NJ. This full-time role focuses on proactive classroom consultation, staff development, and individualized behavior support across settings.

Responsibilities include FBAs, development of BIPs, data-driven interventions, and collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators to foster inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, ABA, social work, or related field with at least one year of field work.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive behavioral, social-emotional, developmental, and executive functioning support for children.
• Build positive relationships with children, teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Conduct FBAs and develop individual Behavior Intervention Plans when appropriate.
• Design and implement individualized strategies to support self-regulation and communication.
