Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the Katz JCC Early Childhood Center, an inclusive private Jewish childcare and preschool program serving children from infancy to 5 years.

You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to provide classroom consultation, professional development, and proactive intervention strategies that promote independence, self-regulation, and school readiness.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification is required.
• Master’s degree with at least 1 year of experience.
• Experience with ABA practices and person-centered planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive behavioral, social-emotional, developmental, and executive functioning support for children in a childcare and preschool setting.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) when appropriate.
• Design and implement classroom-based strategies to support self-regulation, communication, and peer interactions.
• Offer consultation, coaching, and staff training on behavior management and inclusive early childhood education.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and school readiness.
