Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support Kellman Brown Academy, a private Jewish day school serving students from infant through 8th grade in Cherry Hill, NJ. The BCBA will lead proactive behavioral and social-emotional supports, supervise staff, and provide professional development to teachers and families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA/ Psychology/ Education or related field.
• Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive behavioral, social-emotional and executive functioning support for students Pre-K through 8th grade.
• Build positive relationships with students, teachers, administrators and families.
• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs when needed.
• Design and implement individualized strategies to support self-regulation and organization.
• Facilitate social skills instruction and executive functioning support.
• Collaborate with staff to develop classroom strategies and accommodations.
• Provide consultation and coaching on behavior management and inclusive practices.
• Monitor student progress and adjust supports as needed.
• Participate in student support meetings and ensure continuity of care.
