Job summary

Interactive Kids, LLC is seeking BCBA/BCaBA clinicians to join our School Consultation Team serving Bridgeton, NJ and surrounding South Jersey areas. You will conduct FBAs, develop practical BIPs, and work directly in schools with teachers, administrators, and families.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA or BCaBA with school-based experience.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing BIPs in classrooms.
• Ability to travel regularly to Bridgeton and surrounding South Jersey areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop practical, data-driven BIPs.
• Observe students in classroom and school contexts.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust recommendations based on progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, Child Study Teams, paraprofessionals, administrators, families, and staff.
• Train and coach school staff through modeling, observation, feedback, and consultation.
• Supervise and support RBTs and ABA Therapists assigned to cases.
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a behavioral resource for school teams.
• Provide consultation for both special education and general education students.
• Partner with principals and other school personnel on supports for general education needs.
• Complete clear, actionable consultation notes and required documentation.
• Manage cases across assigned school locations with independence.
