Job summary

The Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey seeks a compassionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students, faculty, and families at Kellman Brown Academy (Pre-K–8) in Cherry Hill, NJ. The BCBA provides proactive behavioral, social-emotional, and executive function supports within a private Jewish day school setting.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or eligible
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration with teachers, families and administrators
• Knowledge of evidence-based ABA practices and data collection

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive behavioral, social-emotional, and executive functioning support for Pre-K–8th grade students.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff and families to support inclusive culture.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Design and implement individualized strategies to support self-regulation, organization and social skills.
• Lead staff trainings and parent workshops on behavior support and executive functioning.
