Job summary

Scituate Public School District is seeking a Substitute Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to provide in-person behavioral consultation for students with autism and behavioral challenges. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher from an accredited college.
• Massachusetts BCBA licensure.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, nonverbal, written).
• Current authorization to work in the United States by the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct observations of students with autism or behavioral issues.
• Create Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Provide consultation and training to staff on ABA and DTT.
• Assist staff in data collection and delivering specialized interventions.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with IDEA and least restrictive environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and administrators; report cases.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
