Job summary

Windham Southwest Supervisory Union in Wilmington, Vermont is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Special Education team. The BCBA will provide district-wide behavioral support, conduct FBAs and develop BIPs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with staff and families to support students.

The position requires current BCBA certification and Vermont licensure or ability to obtain. This is a full-time, on-site role starting immediately with ongoing professional collaboration

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Experience developing and monitoring Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs to identify function of student behaviors.
• Develop data-driven BIPs and monitor intervention effectiveness.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs across the district.
• Collaborate with teachers and service providers; participate in IEP meetings.
