Job summary

Scoot Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support multiple school sites in California as hourly, non-exempt staff. This role focuses on bringing ethical, student-centered behavioral support to students and educators.

You will conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, collaborate on IEP/BIP development, and model and coach site-based staff. Supervision of Scoot RBTs will be provided in-person or via virtual supervision, with ongoing clinical support and a strong

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered behavior support.
• Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Functional Behavioral Assessments and collaboration on IEP/BIP creation.
• Modeling and coaching for site-based staff.
• Supervision of Scoot RBTs (In-person preferred, but virtual supervision may be considered).
