Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. seeks a BCBA to lead behavioral supports in school settings nationwide. You will collaborate with teachers to deliver individualized services to small groups and monitor student progress.

You will observe students, analyze data, and write ABA reports, developing behavior plans and training staff and families. There are opportunities to supervise RBTs and BCBA trainees, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or graduate of an ABA program and eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience with children/adolescents in a school setting preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Collaborate with families and external partners to support students, families, and staff.
• Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK).
• Write ABA reports based on observations and recommendations.
• Create and model behavior programs/strategies in the school environment.
• Assist with data collection and monitor student progress.
