Job summary

Scoot Education is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support multiple school sites in California as hourly, non-exempt staff. This role focuses on bringing ethical, student-centered behavioral support to students and educators.

You will conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, collaborate on IEP/BIP development, and model and coach site-based staff. Supervision of Scoot RBTs will be provided in-person or via virtual supervision, with ongoing clinical support and a strong

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Commitment to collaborative, student-centered behavior support.
• Experience working with school-aged children is a plus.

Hourly Pay Range:

• Weekly pay via direct deposit
• Paid state-mandated training
• FREE onboarding (we pay for your background check up front, not reimbursement needed)

• Ongoing support designed for BCBAs, by people who understand ABA
• The role is non-exempt. Actual pay is hourly and based on hours worked
