Job summary

Madison District Public Schools seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students, educators and families across the district. The BCBA will provide behavioral consultation and services, develop and implement FBAs and BIPs, and utilize evidence-based strategies to support students with moderate to significant behavioral needs.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
Active BCBA certification or ability to obtain in Michigan.
Maintain licenses and registrations required to practice as a BCBA in Michigan.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Behavioral Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for students.
Provide behavioral consultation to special education teams, parents, students, and community agencies.
Deliver direct student services for students with moderate to severe behavioral challenges.
Design and facilitate professional development on evidence-based behavior practices.
Collaborate with IEP/REED/MET teams to support least restrictive environments.
Support MTSS and PBIS implementation and use data-driven decision-making.
