Job summary

Westborough Public Schools is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Fales Elementary School (GK-3) in Westborough, MA. The BCBA will coordinate ABA services, lead data analyses, and support students, families, and teachers within a high-performing district.

The role requires a Master's degree and MA licensure as a BCBA, with CORI/SORI checks and a 184-day school-year calendar. Exempt, Unit A salary scale. Reports to Principal and Student Services Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field and BCBA licensure are required.
• Cori, SORI and SAFIS background checks are mandatory prior to appointment.
• Experience with diverse student populations and ELL considerations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based supports and behavior plans across settings.
• Coordinate services with families, teachers and related services.
• Develop and implement data collection and progress monitoring.
• Offer training and modeling to paraprofessionals and staff.
