Southbridge Public Schools in Southbridge, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for Charlton Street School to support students with behavioral needs. The role focuses on consultation, FBAs, and staff training to implement effective behavior plans.

The ideal candidate holds Massachusetts DESE licensure with a master’s degree in a related field and will collaborate with the TEAM to promote data-driven, evidence-based interventions district-wide.

Formación

• Massachusetts DESE Licensure as a Behavior Specialist or related Certification.
• Master’s degree in related field.
• Knowledge of instructional differentiation strategies to support students with a range of learning needs.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification is preferred/required by district.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultation to individual students, classroom teachers and educational assistants.
• Complete FBAs (Functional Behavior Assessments) as needed.
• Develop and train staff to implement BIPs (Behavior Intervention Plans).
• Consult with classroom teachers to develop classroom-wide management systems.
• Attend TEAM meetings and participate in PBIS/SBST initiatives.
• Develop and oversee IEP goals and objectives and ensure evidence-based practices.
