Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and teams.
• Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans.
• Provide parent training sessions remotely or during school hours.
• Provide training and supervision to other staff within the district.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client progress and plans.
