BCPS is looking for a Specialist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, to provide expertise and guidance on student behavior issues in Baltimore. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized programming, and training staff and caregivers on behavioral interventions.

Ideal candidates will hold a master’s degree and possess BCBA certification along with significant experience working with students in need of emotional and behavioral support. This full-time position offers a salary range of $92,235 - $148,354 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a master’s degree.
• Three years of professional experience working with students receiving emotional and behavioral supports.

Responsibilities

• Conducts descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments and designs behavior analytic interventions.
• Models effective behavior analytic interventions for staff.
• Provides training to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborates with administrative and academic teams regarding student needs.
• Assists in the development of IEPs for students requiring BCBA support.
