Job summary
A leading educational institute in Maryland is seeking a Behavior Analyst I to provide behavioral services for students, collaborate with staff, and develop intervention plans. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree, relevant certifications, and experience with children having developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, training staff, and monitoring crisis management. This full-time position offers a salary range of USD $27.47 to $47.74 per hour.
Qualifications
Must possess and maintain certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Must possess and maintain licensure in Maryland as a Licensed Behavior Analyst.
Must achieve, possess, and maintain certification in Professional Crisis Management (PCM) at the “Practitioner 2 level”.
Must possess and maintain CPR certification.
Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and write reports.
Develop and update Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
Initiate and monitor data collection systems for student behavior.
Train and monitor classroom staff on BIPs and data collection.
Monitor progress on behavioral goals and produce reports.
Coordinate responses to behavioral crises and implement interventions.
