Specialized Education Services, Inc. seeks a qualified professional to collaborate with teachers and school teams, delivering individualized autism support services in classroom settings and tracking progress for small groups of students.

You will monitor behavior and educational progress, communicate with families, and implement proven ABA strategies. The role involves creating materials, observing and analyzing data, and developing behavior plans.

Formación

• Current enrollment in or graduation from an ABA program and eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in a school setting preferred.
• Proven ability with Word, Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable using Office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Facilitate family engagement through training, newsletters, and access to supports.
• Collaborate with external partners to provide student and family support.
• Observe students, analyze data, and conduct assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, PEAK).
• Prepare notes and ABA reports based on observations and recommendations.
• Create and model behavior programs/strategies in the school environment.
• Help develop materials (visual schedules, token boards, social stories) for students.
• Facilitate data collection with teams to monitor progress.
• Develop behavior intervention plans for students with concerns.
• Review data and provide follow-up consultation and modifications.
• Participate in team meetings and IEP conferences; present ABA techniques.
