Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking an in-school ABA specialist to deliver behavioral support, run data-driven assessments, and help implement individualized programs. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and external partners to maximize student outcomes.

The role involves observation, data tracking, and developing intervention plans, with opportunities to supervise RBT/BCBA trainees. Requires current ABA program enrollment or graduation and BCBA exam eligibility.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an ABA program.
• Eligibility to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Experience working with children/adolescents in school settings.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide behavior training and consultation to school personnel.
• Collaborate with families and external partners for student support.
• Observe students, analyze data and conduct assessments (ABLLS‑R, VB‑MAPP, PEAK).
• Write ABA reports based on observations and recommendations.
• Create and model behavior programs/strategies in schools.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team conferences.
• Supervise RBT/BCBA trainees and provide guidance.
