Job summary

Gold Vine ABA in Florida is seeking a part-time BCaBA to serve as the on-site clinical lead in elementary settings. You will conduct FBAs, develop and monitor BIPs, and supervise RBTs under BCBA oversight.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to clear Florida Level 2 background screenings and school credentialing steps.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; translate strategies for teachers.
• Absolute reliability on a part-time schedule within school routines.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• As a School-Based BCaBA, you will serve as the on-site clinical lead during your scheduled hours, bridging the gap between behavior analysis and the educational environment.


• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and behavioral intakes within elementary school settings under BCBA oversight.


• Develop, monitor, and refine individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to classroom success.


• Provide direct, on-site supervision, behavior skills training (BST), and clinical support to school-based RBTs.


• Run direct therapy sessions, focus on school-based social skills development, and provide collaborative consultation to classroom teachers and school staff.


• Monitor student progress through strict data review, graphs, and timely treatment plan updates.


• Maintain absolute compliance with BACB guidelines, school district standards, and ethical behavior practices.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.


• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.


• Ability to successfully clear standard Florida Level 2 background screenings and school district credentialing steps.


• Exceptional communication and organizational skills—you must be comfortable translating behavioral strategies into simple, actionable terms for classroom teachers.


• Absolute reliability; even on a part-time schedule, the school routines and RBT team rely heavily on your consistent arrival.

Preferred

• Prior experience navigating IEP meetings, exceptional student education (ESE) structures, or classroom dynamics.


• Current CPR/BLS certification.
