Job summary

Gold Vine ABA, a family-owned, BCBA-led organization, seeks a School-Based BCaBA to lead on-site clinical activities in elementary settings. You will conduct FBAs, develop BIPs, and supervise RBTs within a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Ability to clear Florida Level 2 background screenings and school credentialing steps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site clinical lead for assigned campus in elementary settings.
• Conduct FBAs and behavioral intakes under BCBA oversight.
• Develop, monitor, and refine individualized BIPs for classroom success.
• Provide direct supervision and BST to school-based RBTs.
• Run direct therapy sessions and support school staff with skills training.
• Monitor progress via data review, graphs, and treatment plan updates.

What You’ll Do

As a School‑Based BCaBA, you will serve as the on‑site clinical lead for your assigned campus, bridging the gap between behavior analysis and the educational environment.

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and behavioral intakes within elementary school settings under BCBA oversight.
• Develop, monitor, and refine individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) tailored to classroom success.
• Provide direct, on‑site supervision, behavior skills training (BST), and clinical support to school‑based RBTs.
• Run direct therapy sessions, focus on school‑based social skills development, and provide collaborative consultation to classroom teachers and school staff.
• Monitor student progress through strict data review, graphs, and timely treatment plan updates.
• Maintain absolute compliance with BACB guidelines, school district standards, and ethical behavior practices.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to successfully clear standard Florida Level 2 background screenings and school district credentialing steps.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills—you must be comfortable translating behavioral strategies into simple, actionable terms for classroom teachers and parents.
• Absolute reliability; you understand how much the school routines and RBT team rely on your leadership.

Preferred

• Prior experience navigating IEP meetings, exceptional student education (ESE) structures, or classroom dynamics.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
