Job summary

Gold Vine ABA in Florida is seeking a part-time BCaBA to serve as the on-site clinical lead in elementary settings. You will conduct FBAs, develop and monitor BIPs, and supervise RBTs under BCBA oversight.

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Ability to clear Florida Level 2 background screenings and school credentialing steps.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; translate strategies for teachers.
• Absolute reliability on a part-time schedule within school routines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site clinical lead during scheduled hours.
• Conduct FBAs and behavioral intakes under BCBA oversight.
• Develop, monitor, and refine individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide supervision, BST, and clinical support to school-based RBTs.
• Run direct therapy sessions and support school staff; monitor progress with data.
