Job summary

Duffers LLC doing business as success on the spectrum is seeking a Field-Based Clinical Manager to build and oversee the school-based ABA therapy division. You will own clinical operations across contracted school sites, supervise field RBTs, and collaborate with educational partners to align ABA programs with classroom goals.

This role offers high daily autonomy with a hybrid schedule, includes on-site supervision at local schools and one admin day per week at the Sanford center, and requires

Qualifications

• Experience supervising RBTs in field settings
• Ability to design and implement school-based ABA programs
• Strong collaboration with IEP teams and school staff
• Knowledge of privacy, insurance, and documentation requirements
• Data tracking and reporting for program effectiveness

Responsibilities

• School Program Development & Clinical Oversight: design workflows for classroom ABA, conduct functional assessments (VB-MAPP, AFLS, FBA) in educational settings, and tailor school-friendly treatment plans
• In-Field RBT Supervision & Mentorship: supervise RBTs/behavior interns on-site, provide training, and monitor procedural fidelity
• District & School Liaison: serve as clinical point of contact for administrators, teachers, and IEP teams; align ABA with classroom goals
• Parent & Educational Coordination: host progress reviews with parents and coordinate home-school generalization
• Compliance & Authorizations: review field notes in CentralReach, manage prior authorizations, ensure documentation meets insurance and privacy standards
• Division Leadership & Quality Control: track school division metrics, develop onboarding modules, report growth and quality to executives
