Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Education, Psychology, ABA, Counseling, or a related field.
• Two or more years of experience in ABA therapy, special education, or behavior intervention.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavior assessments, and intervention strategies.
• Ability to train staff, analyze behavioral data, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and ability to pass Live Scan and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs.
• Train and supervise BIs, RBTs, and school staff.
• Oversee intervention implementation and adjust strategies based on data.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and clinical teams to support student success.
• Maintain compliance with IDEA, Section 504, Title 5, and BACB ethics.
• Participate in IEP meetings and document progress reports.
