Job summary

Success On The Spectrum is seeking a Field-Based Clinical Manager to drive and scale our in-school ABA therapy operations. You will supervise field RBTs, develop school-based workflows, and collaborate closely with educational partners to ensure high-quality ABA services across contracted school sites.

The role offers a flexible field-based schedule with hybrid on-site work, reporting to executive leadership and guiding clinical quality across the division.

Qualifications

• Experience leading ABA programs in school settings.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior interns.
• Strong collaboration with school administrators and IEP teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build workflows for classroom-based ABA delivery.
• Supervise RBTs and behavior interns on-site in schools.
• Liaise with school administrators and IEP teams to align ABA with classroom goals.
• Coordinate progress reviews with parents and educators.
• Ensure documentation meets insurance and privacy standards.
• Monitor division performance and report on growth and quality.
