Job summary

New Story Schools is seeking a licensed BCBA to support students aged 5–21 with autism and related challenges. You will conduct functional behavioral assessments, develop PBIS plans, and provide ongoing behavioral consultation for students across multidisciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, collaboration with teachers, and alignment with IEP objectives to promote meaningful progress for students. The team offers ample professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years ABA service delivery experience.
• Experience conducting FBAs and developing PBSPs.
• Minimum of two years working with ASD and/or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and positive behavior supports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized positive behavior support plans
• Provide behavioral consultation and progress monitoring for assigned students
• Train and support teachers and staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure behavioral goals align with IEP objectives
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions to promote ongoing student success
