New Story Schools in Selinsgrove, PA seeks an experienced ABA professional to guide students ages 5–21 with autism and behavioral challenges. You will conduct functional assessments, develop positive behavior support plans, and monitor progress as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in ABA or related field, have at least two years of ABA service delivery including FBAs and PBSPs, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills to train staff and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of ABA service delivery including FBAs and PBSPs.
• Experience with ASD and/or emotional/behavioral disorders.
• Strong knowledge of ABA and positive behavior supports.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop individualized PBSPs.
• Provide behavioral consultation and progress monitoring for assigned students.
• Train and support teachers and staff on implementing behavior strategies and data collection systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure behavioral goals align with IEP objectives.
• Analyze behavioral data and adjust interventions to promote ongoing student success.
