Job summary

New Story Schools in Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavior Services Supervisor to lead the design and oversight of ABA-based behavior plans aligned with each student’s IEP. You will coach staff and collaborate with educators to ensure safe, effective learning environments.

Qualified candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in education or human services (master’s preferred), a current BCBA/BCaBA or equivalent license, and at least two years of clinical ABA experience with children.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or human services (master’s preferred).
• Current BCBA, BCaBA, or relevant professional license.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience providing ABA services to children with disabilities.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor staff in behavior support strategies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor ABA-based behavior intervention plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with school leaders, educators, and service providers to ensure consistency between behavior plans and educational programming.
• Supervise, coach, and support staff delivering ABA services to promote high-quality and ethical practice.
• Review data and outcomes to make informed recommendations for plan updates
• Provide training and guidance on ABA strategies, de-escalation techniques, and safe learning environment practices
